Our Diagnosis & Repair Process: During our advanced inspection, we looked past the previous patches and identified that the entire outside leading edge of the TPO membrane was separating between the addition and the pool cage. It was cracked and wide open. Rainwater was traveling underneath the insulation board directly into the home.
We resolved the issue permanently by performing a perimeter cut-in repair, tucking new commercial-grade TPO six inches deep underneath the existing membrane, heat-welding the layers together, and securing it with a heavy-duty termination bar.
Four years later, the home remains completely leak-free. Today, our visits to this Seminole property consist entirely of routine integrity inspections and our signature low-pressure roof soft washing to clear away destructive biological growth and preserve the TPO's reflective properties for years to come.
