OUR SOFT WASH PROCESS
The first thing we do is inspect your roof and make sure it is a good candidate for Soft washing. We video it and document before pictures so that at the end of the process you have before and after pictures to compare. We then apply our cleaning solution via soft wash at less than 60 psi, and evenly cover the roof. Depending on the weather and heat of the day we vary our dwell time using a scientific formula and allow our cleaning solution to do its job. Before and during this process we pre-wet areas around the home and neutralize run-off from eaves and gutters depending on each homes unique parameters to safeguard your soft objects. Finally we low pressure rinse and remove all off the ugliness from your roof leaving it not only Beautiful but rejuvenated and healthy.
