Here is a before image of a filthy Flat tile roof before being cleaned. The organisms here include gloeocapsa magma, lichen, mold and mildew, petroleum pollutants that we call "fall-out", and of course your normal pollen and decayed organics.  These need to be removed for your roofs health. 

    AFTER SOFTWASHING

This is after removing all the unsightly organisms and pollutants by soft washing. 

Tile roofs are porous. This means not only is your dirty roof ugly, but it is also creating damage. Slowly invading these minute holes and eroding them from within, creating breakage and brittleness.

BARREL TILE ROOF IMAGE

Here is a barrel tile roof before and after Soft washing. Again these tiles are porous and affected the same way as flat tile. The only difference between the two is the degree of difficulty washing due to the different shape and therefore more angles and surface area.
